Bean fest to benefit Blytheville Humane Society
This evening treat yourself to a big bowl or two of beans and help the Blytheville Humane Society.
The organization will be serving up a variety of beans, cornbread and desserts from 5 until 7 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 701 W. Main St.
In addition to a delicious dinner, the Humane Society’s newly adopted mascot will be there handing out balloons and taking pictures with the kids.
Tickets are $10 for all-you-care-to-eat and can be purchased in advance at Doggone Pretty Grooming.
Proceeds will help fund the Humane Society’s spay and neuter program.
